The annual New York Stem Cell Foundation Institute of Science and Science Fair is realized in a dynamic and star-studded project. The program will reimagine the science fair with the theme of “Fighting for Science”. It is a hallmark element of NYSCF’s traditional evening party, where guests can meet and talk with scientists from the NYSCF Institute and transform it into an online Experience, become such as Garber, Krakowski and Ferguson interviewed scientists, and learned about the latest developments and breakthroughs in stem cell research.

This dinner will bring the world of the CFF Institute Laboratory of the State University of New York through the multi-platform digital experience of Broadway director Scott Ellis, Tree Adams, and Andrew Schuyler’s music creation Lifelike.
The gala also honored three NYSCF stem cell heroes in 2020:
internationally renowned architect Frank Gehry;

Bioethicist and patient advocate Dr. Brooke Ellison

as well as award-winning architects and Designer David Rockwell

The 2020 NYSCF Institute Dinner and Science Fair experience will also include NASA astronaut Serena Auñón-Chancellor, MD, and Ph.D. student Peggy Whitson, who discussed stem cell research in space and its implications for stem cell research.

In the part of Garber, he will discuss with NYSCF senior vice president of research, Dr. Scott Noggle, how stem cells can help find ways to treat diabetes, while Krakowski will discuss the basics of stem cells and how to use them for research and fighting with NYSCF automated systems and stem cells COVID-19, Vice President of Biology, Daniel Paull, PhD.

The plan will also include Ferguson and New York City Science Foundation lead researcher Dr. Laura Andres-Martin to give a speech on the latest cutting edge research of the New York City Science Foundation on female reproductive cancer.
