In October 2017, after sexual violation charges, Harvey Weinstein was rejected from his organization and removed from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Above 80 ladies had made claims against Harvey Weinstein. On Wednesday, Weinstein was sentenced to 23 years in jail. Judge James Burke hear the case and handed down the final punishment of his sexual violations. Judge James Burke condemned him to 20 years in prison for the first-degree criminal sexual act and three years in jail for third-degree assault. The sentences will run sequentially, and both accompany five years of supervision after discharge. Weinstein additionally should enlist as a sex wrongdoer. Harvey Weinstein misused his power, and he raped many young ladies. He ruined their lives. But now, its end of his power.
