“Redemption” is the title of the two episodes of the American science fiction television series “Star Trek: The Next Generation“.
The first and second parts of “Redemption” include the 100th and 101st episodes of the series, as well as the finale of the fourth season and the premiere of the fifth season.
The series is set in the 24th century, following the adventures of the Starfleet crew of the Federal Star Enterprise-D.

Gowron revealed that he learned that the surviving members of the vengeful Duras family were planning to instigate civil war within the empire.
Soon after, the arrival of the Duras sisters Lursa and B’Etor interrupted the installation ceremony of Gowron, who announced that Toral, the son of their dead brother Duras, would challenge Gowron’s leadership.
Worf left the Starfleet for vacation, met with Gowron, and offered him the support of the Klingon Warship Alliance led by his brother Kurn, if Gowron restored the honor of his family.
Gowron wanted the help of the American Planetary Federation, but when the Duras faction attacked his ship, it seemed that Wolf was the only ally.
