Little Big Town joins Barry Gibb for Gibb’s new Album named ‘Greenfields.’ The British-American musician released his foreknown new album ‘Greenfields’: the Gibb Brothers Songbook, Vol. 1. Greenfields is a 12-song collection which is produced by Dave Cobb.

The new track of Gibb features Little Big Town along with Keith Urban, Dolly Parton, Sheryl Crow, Miranda Lambert, Alison Krauss, Jason Isbell, Gillian Welch, David Rawlings, Brandi Carlile, Tommy Emmanuel, and Olivia Newton-John.

As tweeted by Barry Gibb himself, he wrote, “Thank you to Little Big Town for joining me on Lonely Days from my new album Greenfields.” Announcing the release of the new song, he said, “Out now! I hope you all enjoy it.”

The new song ‘Lonely Days’ is a ballad for the new album ‘Greenfields’, and it is performed by Bee Gees. It was released as a single by Barry Gibb and fortunately become their top Five hits in the US. The song peaks at number three in the Billboard Hot 100.

Also, it approached the title of number one in the cashbox. Moreover, it ranked number one in the Records World charts. Earlier the song ‘Lonely Days’ was released on 1970, 6th of November.

 Barry Gibb re-recorded the song with the country quartet ‘Little Big Town’ for his album of 2021, ‘Greenfields.’

It is seen Gibb saying, “From the first day we stepped into RCA Studios in Nashville (the very place where Elvis, Willie, Waylon, Roy, the Everly Brothers, and so many other legends made their magic) the album took on a life of its own.

Besides, he added, “I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to work with Dave and all the artists who stopped by. They were all incredibly generous with their time and talent. They inspired me more than words can express. I feel deep down that Maurice and Robin would have loved this album for different reasons. I wish we could have all been together to do it…. But I think we were.”
