Bernie Sanders has won the Nevada caucuses.
Nevada caucuses result has been announced. Sanders had 46.6% of the vote. Former Vice President Joe Biden had 22.8%, while Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg had 14.4%, and Sen. Elizabeth Warren had 8.8%. Tom Steyer had 3.8%, and Amy Klobuchar had 3.3%.
Sanders said at a rally in San Antonio that In Nevada, he had just put together a multigenerational, multiracial coalition, which was going to not only win in Nevada, it was going to sweep that country.
He said to the crowd that he was delighted to bring them some pretty good news. He thought all of them knew he had won the popular vote in Lowa and had won the New Hampshire primary. And according to three networks and the AP. He had won the Nevada caucus.
Sanders appreciated the work of his volunteers in the three states.
He said that no campaign had a grassroots movement like he did, which was another reason why he was going to win that election. At that time, the crowd chanted, “Bernie! Bernie!”
He predicted that based on what he had seen in Texas … did not tell anybody, he did not want to get them nervous, he was going to win the Democratic primary in Texas.
Sanders said that he was going to win there in Texas. He was going to win across the country because the American people were sick and tired of President Donald Trump, who lied all of the time. They were sick and tired of a corrupt administration.
Sanders said that the president got very, very upset easily, then did not tell him he was going to beat him there in Texas.
Donald Trump tweeted that it looked like Crazy Bernie Sanders was doing well in the Great State of Nevada. Biden and the rest seemed weak, and no way Mini Mike could restart his campaign after the poorest performance in the history of Presidential Debates. Congratulations, Bernie, & did not let them take it away from you!
