Hilary Anne Tisch passed on to the great beyond on Monday.

The 36-year-old daughter of Steve Tisch, co-owner and filmmaker of the Giants in East Rutherford, New Jersey, has died.

Steve Tisch said in a very statement to his family that Hilary Anne Tisch passed on to the great beyond on Monday.

The statement failed to mention the reason for death, nor did it say where she died, but the statement said she had struggled with depression.

Steve Tisch said that the family is incredibly sad and is mourning its tragic loss.
