The upcoming single-player League of Legends derivatives will see the franchise of the series on consoles for the first time, and the company has already released the first (albeit vague) information.
It will launch at some point in the “Early 2021” on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Steam, and Epic Games Store, while PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions will launch soon. (PS4 and Xbox One players will be able to upgrade for free.)
Fans are posting their thoughts about this most awaited game:
Ruined king will be a banger, I can’t even wait to see everyone’s reaction on it
Ruined King was released in December 2019. It is the first single-player League of Legends game in history and the first game launched by the Riot Forging Publishing Company. Today, Riot announced that the officially named “Lord of Destruction: The Story of League of Legends” will be fully released on Steam and Epic Games Store in early 2021.
The League of Legends developed by the Zeppelin Group. In addition, its previous versions include “Chaser: Nightwar” and “Darksiders”, which are part of Riot’s efforts to surpass the widely hit MOBA League of Legends.
The release version of Riot Forge will have Runeterra as the background and feature alliance characters but will be an “exquisite” game developed by an external partner studio.
In addition to the news in the release window, Riot Forge also announced the actual details of “Lord of Destruction”: the single-player turn-based RPG settings in the Bilgewater and Shadow Isles areas of Runeterra (the planet where the League of Legends is located).
