Selena recently announces on her Twitter about the release of her new Spanish song ‘De Una Vez.’ This Spanish song is Selena’s second solo Spanish-language single following 2010’s “Un Año Sin Lluvia.”
On Friday, 15th of January 15, 2021, Selena posted on her Instagram the video of her new Spanish song. She captioned the video with a heart-touching message, “This is the beginning of something I’ve wanted to explore for so long. I hope you love it as much as I do.” it is seen in the video that Selena seems to be in a mythical house surrounded by magical visuals.
Gomez steps into rooms representative of her progression. She transverse through the rooms-from a bedroom fertile with plants and dreams to a room full of dazzling lamps. There was a kitchen with a stove ablaze and space where vinyl and instruments become vigor. She was roaming around the house while reflecting on and singing about her extension. A crystal-electrified heart glows gleamingly on her chest. That heart is a symbol of her pliancy as she sings the lyrics of the song that reflects personal healing, empowerment, and love.
It is said that Selena’s new song ‘De Una Vez’ describes Selena’s own excursion working on her mental health to overcome past heartache. The popular singer said, “I am incredibly proud of my Latin background. It felt empowering to sing in Spanish again.”

The song is produced by Tainy, Albert Hype, Jota Rosa and NEON16, and is directed by Los Perez. The new Spanish album was translated to ‘At Once’ in the English language. The release is the first release from her upcoming new album. This album is thought to be called ‘Baila Conmigo’ (Came Dance with Me.)
It was said that the pop singer has been planning a Spanish album for years. Selena told Zane Lowe on Apple Music in 2020, “This has been something I’ve wanted to do for 10 years, working on a Spanish project, because I’m so, so proud of my heritage, and just genuinely felt like I wanted this to happen.”
