www.usatoday.com confirms: Michael Carswell (Tropper of Alabama Law Enforcement Agency) said that at about 8:50 p.m on Sunday, Tarvaris Jackson was driving on the road near south of Montgomery. 

Suddenly, his car hit with a tree and flipped carelessly. After this accident, the ambulance admitted him to a local hospital, but he died in a concise time.

An investigator said that the whole case is quite simple. There is nothing more to investigate. It was a natural mistake that converted into an accident.

Police arrested the Tarvaris Jackson while on vacation in Kissimmee on June 24, 2016. Because Tarvaris allegedly pulled a gun on his spouse. And on Aug. 3, 2016, these charges were dropped.
