The Gibb Brothers Songbook Vol. 1 ranked number 1 on this week’s Americana/Folk Albums chart. As announced by Billboard Charts on their official Twitter platform, The Gibb Brother Songbook Vol I’ debuts at number 1.
Barry Gibb and friends: Greenfields is Gibb’s all-star collaborations album. And is announced by Billboard that the Songbook Vol. 1 debuts at Number 2 also on Billboard’s Top Album Sales. They claim that they have sold 24,000 copies in the US. Within a week, according to the MRC Data.
The album features Gibb brothers-penned songs as well as other known personalities acts. Those include Jason Isbell, Alison Krauss, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Dolly Parton, and Keith Urban.
This Album of Barry Gibb also hits the title of Number third Top country Albums, which is Gibb’s first stopover at both charts.
On the official Twitter account of Billboard Chart, they praised Barry Gibb for being the best. They wrote, “Barry Gib’s ‘Barry Gibb and Friends: Greenfields: The Gibb Brothers Songbook, Vol. I’ debuts at No. 1on this week’s Americana/Folk Albums chart.”

The Gibb Brothers Songbook, Vol. 1 ranked number 15th on the Billboard 200- Barry’s highest-charting album. Besides, it is the 1rst top 40 on the Billboard 200 as a solo performer. The album launched reached number 1 in the UK, as well as Australia and Germany on the international chart.
As the biggest achievement, Gibb said, “there is no such thing as too much heaven. I couldn’t be more thrilled. The past is unpredictable. Today is unbelievable for me. The greatest moment of my life is here!”
