It was said on Friday, 8th of January, that Twitter permanently banned Trump from its services. They said Trump was banned “due to the risk of further incitement of violence.” It is also tweeted by Dave Brown about Trump being banned from Twitter. He wrote, “This is the first time a sitting president has been banned from Twitter going back to 1812.”

Twitter said in a blog post that “Mr. Trump’s personal @realDonaldTrump account, which has more than 88 million followers, would be shut down immediately.” So, Twitter has permanently banned President Trump’s account for glorifying violence. They bring up a seismic end to his 2-year run on its services. They wrote in a statement that accounts, “cannot use Twitter to incite violence, among other things.”

The company declared two reasons to take this huge step. One is calling his supporters “patriots” and another saying he would not go to the presidential inauguration on Jan 20. This social network on Friday said, “Mr. Trump’s latest tweets earlier that day were likely to incite a repeat of the storming of the US Capitol building on Wednesday. And were already inspiring violent plans among some of his supporters.”

Reactions on Twitter permanently banned Trump.

President Trump’s son Don Jr. said in a tweet, “we are living Orwell’s 1984. Free speech no longer exists in America. It died with big tech and what’s left is only there for chosen few.” Besides, he added, “This is absolute insanity!”

Comedian Billy Eichner also had something to add about where the president should turn for a social outlet. He wrote, “Don’t just ban him from Twitter, FORCE him to join Bumble.” He further said in another tweet, “please take me next. I need to get the hell off here, I have things to do.”

Trevor Noah, host of the “The Daily Show” wrote in a tweet, “congratulations to the Be Best campaign for finally getting some results!”
