A Swedish television presenter, Ulrika Jonsson, claimed today that Victoria Beckham’s recent comments about her favorite foods made her “want to cry.” The blonde model, 54, made her remarks following a recent podcast appearance by the fashion designer, 47, in which she stated that she prefers plain bread with salt or steamed veggies while dining out.
During her response to Victoria’s interview, Ulrika stated that hearing her admission made her want to “cry” into her breakfast.
“I don’t wish to add to her misery, but hearing the ex-Spice Girl on a podcast discuss how she’s convinced she’s every restaurant’s worst nightmare because she prefers simple meals like salt on toast or steamed vegetables made me want to sob into my fry-up.”
The mother-of-four continued by calling eating “one of life’s greatest delights” and Victoria’s admission “tragic.”
She continued, saying: “And to hear that someone in Victoria’s position, who can buy the most OK food, vegetables, and chefs, restricts herself to salt on toast strikes me as a cruel waste.
“I suppose Mrs. Beckham’s insistence on wholegrain bread demonstrates that she is not completely devoid of adventure,” Ulrika added in The Sun.
Victoria described herself as a restaurant’s “worst nightmare” in an interview with Ruth Rogers on the River Café’s Table 4 podcast.
The fashion tycoon stated: “This is where I sound even more uninterested in food.

“I enjoy wholegrain toast with a sprinkle of salt.
“It’s the carbohydrate that comforts you, and I adore salt,” she openly explained to the podcast host.
Victoria continued: “To the majority of restaurants, I’m likely their worst nightmare.
“I enjoy steaming vegetables, adding balsamic vinegar, and seasoning myself.
“I prefer things prepared. I’m not a fan of oils, butter, or sauces.”
The designer claimed that her unusual diet had drawn the attention of several people, including family friends and Michelin-star chef Gordon Ramsay.
“He has never seen somebody as diligent about their eating habits as he is, “She confessed.
Victoria has already discussed her diet.
Previously, the former Spice Girl discussed her health regimen, revealing that she takes two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in the morning.
Victoria captioned an Instagram photo of a bottle, “Followed by… fresh lemon squeezed into boiling water,” while encouraging admirers to “be brave.”
Three years ago, the mother-of-four told The Telegraph that she consumes “three or four avocados a day” and attributes their shine to them.
She’s also mentioned her passion for “seeds slathered in organic Aminos” that she “grills until crispy” for her children’s “after school” snack.
The star’s family baked her a fruit “cake” for her 47th birthday.
