McIntyre managed to get up before the fourth F5 and applied the first of three Claymore Kick before ironing his rival and obtaining the victory on the count of three.
Thus, Drew McIntyre becomes the owner of the WWE Championship,
being his first reign with the title and the first superstar from the UK to get it. “The Beast” managed to rack up a total of 183 days since its titular victory on Friday Night SmackDown.
Lesnar quickly defeated Kofi Kingston in the debut of the blue show on FOX on October 4, thus becoming a five-time world champion.
