Japanese actor Takeuchi Yuko was found dead by her husband, Nakabayashi Taiki in an apartment in Tokyo. She was forty years old when she died (attempted suicide) and was the mother of two children, including a baby boy born in January.

Although Yuko Takeuchi did not leave any words, it is presumed that he died by suicide. If this can be confirmed, Takeuchi’s death will follow other recent suicides by well-known Japanese artists.
